Symantec Commercial Express Licensing
Customer Profile:Symantec Express is designed especially for small to mid-size companies that need an easier way to purchase small license quantities (1-500 licenses) for use within a single country, without time-consuming negotiations. Small and mid-size business customers can use this program to purchase all Symantec security and availability products and support and maintenance options. The more licenses ordered on a given transaction, the greater the pricing incentives. (Volume incentives do not accumulate over multiple transactions).
Benefits:Customers benefit from each transaction, depending on the points level they reach within a single transaction. Points can be accumulated through different products, licenses and maintenance. Other benefits include :

Maintenance & Upgrades:There are two main support offerings in the Express Programme:
Delivery :Customers receive their licenses electronically from SellSoft and directly from Symantec. We keep a copy on file so that retrieving license and serial numbers is easy and maintenance can easily be renewed before expiry dates.
Media :The number of media kits purchased cannot exceed the number of licenses ordered. Volume license media only can be used to install licenses (ie. Not shrink-wrapped boxes). Software may also be downloaded via the Symantec website.
Rights To Use Other Languages :N/A
Downgrade Rights :Customers can install the previous edition of some products if the current version is purchased.
Rules For Affiliate Offices :Centralised purchasing for affiliate office is not permitted under Symantec's Express Programme.
