Subscription options are defined as the right to use the software for the specified term and all subscription prices include all required contractual charges for the duration of the subscription term.

Entry & Discount Levels:

Minimum Order Quantity is set as 25 licenses and for additional licenses the lower of 25 or 10% of the existing number of licenses held.

Maintenance & Upgrades:

All Subscription contracts may be upgraded to a full product license by paying the full Product list price less a 50% credit for the Subscription fees paid relating to the current Subscription period. This upgrade must be exercised prior to the expiry of the current subscription period.

Delivery :

Electronic Software Delivery. License delivered as email document.

Downgrade Rights:
